Orders and Returns

It is really important to us that you love your purchase from CoffeeWorks. If for some reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, let us know and will help make you smile again!


  • Items can only be retuned once approved by a CoffeeWorks team member.
  • Return request must be within 14 days of purchase and returns must be received within 14 days of return request approval with an RMA number.
  • Returns must be new and in their original packaging, as we cannot issue a refund on any goods that have been opened.
  • We do not accept returns on machines, electrical parts, books and dvds so please choose wisely.
  • Please notify CoffeeWorks within 7 days of receipt of your order of any discrepancies or damaged products. We'll then get the ball rolling on our fuss-free returns process for you.
  • The customer is responsible for any delivery charges on returned goods unless the item(s) being returned are as a result of an error on behalf of the manufacturer or CoffeeWorks.
