When you put the nitrogen gas into the cartridge shell and rotate it, you will hear a 'whistle' sound. Rotate it until the sound stops thus infusing all the gas from the cartridge into the keg.
Where only nitrogen is discharged due to a lack of coffee, when extracting the nitro coffee, pull the handle grip to the front to completely remove the nitrogen gas.

1. Add the food grade soda ash into the keg.
2. Add 1l of warm water.
3. Shake several times and leave for 1-2 minutes.
4. Using a non-metalic soft brush,brush the inside of the keg as well as the entrance.
5. Discard the cleaner and rinse several times with clean water until only clear water can be seen.
